If I’m planning to purchase a bigger primary home, what would be your suggestions?

The GP named David Gerlt out of Newport Beach, CA used Quinalt Investments, LLC as the operating business for the investment. 

I'm a loan officer and the majority of my business is VA.

Depends the level of rehab you're planning. 

I’m looking to discuss any pros/cons, faults, suggestions to this plan.

Also have a contingency plan and risk reduction plan.

Technically I could line up a replacement job and let that pay the bills while I invest slowly (and that’s definitely one of my contingency plans) but in some ways that does defeat the purpose, since leaving the corporate world and focusing all of my time on an investment business is probably the biggest appeal for me.
