I am brand new to the game.

My challenge above is based on the fact that I don't necessarily want to announce to my connections that I'm a brand new agent but also be able to keep/leverage my existing connections.   

Is this a brand NEW building ground up or an older building with a retrofit?

Also hard to collect rent.As to my belt, although a real one in one of the composite Korean styles, Kuk Sool, it is simply part of my "Black Belt in Real Estate Taxation" branding.

@Ajay Sharma  Im a investor and agent in the Chicago area and chose eXp for the flexibility on self branding (since not all my business is pure sales). 

By "joining a team" im referring to joining what seems to be a lead agent who has agents working under him/her as part of the "team", as opposed hanging my license with a broker and working for only myself in creating my own brand/business.
