I will say up front not to bother if you don't have the time to put in it. 

Its hard for people to understand the investment process but explain to her it will be worth the wait and compromise give her a vacation I'm sure she'd like that and then won't bother you.

Just feel like I am bothering my agent way too much with simple questions like this.

If legally you do not need to provide heat in a Florida rental don't bother.

(The lack of logic bothers me, but I agree that the sellers are being emotional.

@Ross DenmanThe saddest comment of all about our business is that probably 99% of new investors never even bother to learn their state landlord tenant regulations.

This is a big reason why we don't bother contacting previous landlords.

However, I won't bother you on a Sunday night.  

There is a high voltage electric tower directly in the back yard and the neighbor across the street has about 10 rebel flags in his front yard and hanging from his gutters.Personally, these things don't bother me too much, but I can see how others might be offended.  

I would advise you not bother taking the tenants to court over the gardens.
