Biggerpockets is an amazing website with great articles, huge forums, and an amazing bunch of people that are willing to give like nowhere else.

Throughout the last year I have attended seminars, read books and watched webinars anything to boost my knowledge in the sense of mending the mind to become successful.

Craigslist is an amazing website for networking with people that want to buy, sell, or get rid of stuff.

Zillow, trulia, realtor.com are all good websites to get a ballpark of your value as well.

After reading about the HouseFlippingSpreadSheet on J Scott's web site I am thinking about buying it since I am planning on doing my first rehab next year.J's recommendation goes a long way IMO but I was curious if anyone else has any suggestions or advise about this product or any other similar products they use and recommend.

But it could boost sales for owner occupants, now more confident they may not have to worry about owner/renter ratios or being majority rentals..
