Real estate agents that don't think just a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood is a great investment. 

I can invest about 100K at this moment of personal funds.

At this moment in time my goal is just structure and organization sort of getting ready for few years down the line.

Lots of potential to build sweat equity here - surrounded by homes with higher values (and beautiful mountains!).

It boasts a unique set of historical buildings, beautiful beaches, and many wonderful restaurants.

I live in Austin, and will be investing in the beautiful SA area in 2023.

I personally know people who bought brand new, multi-million dollar, beautiful luxury homes, only to have serious foundation settling over the first 5-10 years of ownership (and the repair bill was in the hundreds of thousands!).

Wouldn’t a few hundred dollars upfront be well spent if it meant having a plan that you knew was going to evoke a feeling of beautiful color-story to make your flip memorable in a good way for buyers that’s fresh and NOT 10yrs ago cookie-cutter, not this region or democratic or worst so plain it’s boring.

We mainly have single family properties in Texas at the moment. 

I don't have anyone at the moment, but based on posts in here, there are always people looking for good property managers.
