The beauty of this scenario is that HUD homes initially only accept owner-occupied bids for the first 15 days after listing before they are opened up to investor bids.

The house sits on one-half of a beautiful, flat, 0.50 acre lot, so we can always subdivide and have another 0.25 acre lot to build on or whatever.

It’s a dream of mine to take advantage of our beautiful system and the wealth available in our country and spread the wealth to places that are in desperate need.

And yes, Vancouver, BC is a beautiful place to live and has the mildest climate in Canada.  

I have only worked on a couple of them over the years and I think the older ones are really a labor of love and most log home owners are not aware that their old beautiful log house is rotting around them.

I bought a beautiful home to flip. put additional 10k into it(it was all it needed) I thought i would be a quick flip, but took a year to sell. everyone loved it...but.. the neighbors were to close, the street was to busy or they could hear traffic from a distance. ???
