Electrician background and real estate agent are great assets to bring to your buy and hold adventure.

I don't have background on financing and buying/selling, I am self educating myself to have a good knowledge on that.

Suggest you introduce yourself a little better so that we know your background and level of experience.

Will I get only the background check information, criminal history and evictions?

Always screen your tenants with a background and credit check.

Ensure that they are insured and bonded, criminal checks and a background investigation is accomplished before allowing "night worker" in.

Some background- when I purchased the other 2 I had a bit more to put down than I do now.
