There are arguments in the lender world as to whether or not the 120 day rule applies to non monetary default (Like if the guy was just late) but most lenders take the conservative approach and just wait the 120 days until the start foreclosure....and yes, that could get you in and out before we could take action.

After watching some online-course video clips at BP, I realized learning from a big map is the best start for me to learn something brand new, rather than digging holes on every single aspect.I'm glad that I've found BiggerPockets, a great platform and opportunity for RE investors from all over the world to share, learn, and network online, especially someone new in the industry like me who is shy and doesn't feel comfortable to actively approach "strangers" in reality due to the personality.If there's anybody here from Canada as well, I will be more than happy to connect with you.
