@Al Williamson I have done a little research on coin operated vacuums and coin operated air pumps, but have implemented neither thus far {need a bigger building to make it viable}.

State usury laws may apply to your transaction as well, 7 to 10 % is a customary range, but interest is not just pulled out of the air, it is to reflect risk and you have less than 10% down, 10% might be fair.

So, a fair price, a fair down payment, terms that are conventional for the type of credit extended, interest isn't pulled out of the air, it reflects risk assumed, but such deals do run around the 7 to 10% realm, you do need to ensure that seller financed usury laws are followed, if any.
