Hi there, I rent in Queens NY and signed a 2 year lease as I got a good covid deal on a building I would otherwise not be able to afford.

Whenever there is something I can afford, the bidding war is so insane that I don't even want to put in an offer because I know the property is never worth that.Is anyone else in the same boat here?

I’m obviously unsure on where I’ll be in a few years and if I could afford a second mortgage on this property and be paying off my own home at the same time.

If there is Mold present and those spores could be getting into the other units it could cause additional issues (Health Dept, Liability, etc.)
