@Raj Kothari Yes it’s a classic strategy to use the 1031 exchange to move from active to passive management.

Hi @Shawn Abe- I am also actively looking in San Antonio and while I haven't yet purchased a property in that area yet, I have talked to a lot of property managers and I think if you have a good team around you you can avoid this issue.
