Thanks in advance for any feedback.Usually, bonus depreciation is limited, but Autos with unloaded gross vehicle weight (GVW) more than 6,000 lbs., trucks and vans with GVW (loaded) more than 6,000 lbs., and qualified nonpersonal-use vehicles are not subject to the Section 280F depreciation limit.There are other details you need to talk to your advisor. for example, even if you take the depreciation, can you take the deduction because of Passive loss limitation?
