Thoughts on the changing market

Real Estate Agents - is anyone noticing changes in buyer demand the last few weeks with current listings? Interested to see the impact of the interest rates in terms of the effect it has on buyers using conventional funding.

If there's not an obvious decrease in demand, has there been any behavior changes you're seeing with the sellers and buyers you're working with?

Curious to hear everyone's thoughts/experiences..
