If I wanted to keep the same demand I feel like I’d have to lower my sale price for that type of person.Overtime though there may be higher contributions to demand instead of rates (unless for some reason rates significantly increased which I doubt they’d do.)

He makes the claim that an investor's money is safe with Cardone Capital several times on his Instagram and that in no way can be guaranteed by a brokerage unless it's explicitly mentioned in the funding contract (don't know the exact term for it), stating something along the lines of "Investor's distributions upon exit will be at their initial contribution (plus inflation?)

I value being understanding with a tenant and the fact that they can feel emotionally attached to pets, but I feel I also have valid reasons for not wanting a tenant to have pets--potential damage to the house and case in point that them having this pet could be contributing to new pest issues.
