Dutch woman looking for other dutchies!

Hello everyone, my name is Nienke, 25 yrs old, and new to this website! Amazing to see so many dutchies here and I am also very willing to meet up/talk to other dutchies and share experiences and or talk about goals.

I am really new in this world but I already have experience with renovating a property in the USA of a friend (market value gone up from 30k - 90k) in three months. Now I graduated my degree in the social sciences I decided to go all-in and my week now mainly consists of working in the house of landlord I met (great potential here, since he is willing to teach me) and the house of my uncle. This way I can get hands-on experience on simple tasks that could save me a lot of money in the future (also you gotta start somewhere).

When I have enough experience I will go back to the USA and buy my first property there (atleast that's my plan right now because the USA.Arkansas, van buren to be precise, seems like a more beginners friendly and I already have some valuable connections there.

For my whole intro im inviting any of you to just look at my page. Can I in some way contribute to this community? Is there an whatsapp app still (or do I need to create a new one). Also on an individual basis, feel free to contact me (my insta is on my page as well). Who knows what may come from it? Maybe you can join me to conquer the RE world in USA ;-)
