So I’m a wholesaler and I’ve been thinking of getting into mobile homes, but in my state of Texas they are treated as vehicles and so a bill of sale is used, and I was wondering if you can wholesale mobile homes and i if the same process applies.

If I could rewind the clock I would 100% target a 4 unit multifamily and on the meeting last night a lender (Joe) presented a great spreadsheet showing lots of loan vehicles to help with a "less than turnkey" condition property which would help someone looking for a 1-4 unit house hack consider a few more options at lower price points with relatively very little down payment.

They would have to probably go to court and get power of attorney status themselves (if not already granted through another legal vehicle) and then they could sign to close the deal.I'm not an attorney... but think that probably makes sense legally.Randy
