Mobile Home investing

So I’m a wholesaler and I’ve been thinking of getting into mobile homes, but in my state of Texas they are treated as vehicles and so a bill of sale is used, and I was wondering if you can wholesale mobile homes and i if the same process applies. In other words, could I sign a bill of sales, and then assign it to another end buyer for a fee ?
