I'm very familiar with the IE and those areas since I grew up out there.

And I grew up visiting this area and several different family members in the area.

How we found the dealMy business partner and I were looking for a SFH property in our farm area (the town we both grew up in and know very well) when a friend mentioned a foreclosure that was across the street from his primary. 

They use to not enforce it so much here (SC/NC) as well but now they do…Thats a great business BTW….I am curious as to how you grew so quickly?

I did not have an ad in the Yellow Pages at that time, but less than a couple months later I did and my call volume grew to the point that I placed additional ads all over Southern California. 

@Eric Bowlin I grew up in Boston, I thought it'd be impossible to come close to breaking even there.

Since I didnt I screened well as I grew up due to no evictions.  

I own 139 apts in Killeen and im a realtor. has low vacancy and good tenants mix.Copperas cove which is only 10 mins from Killeen has slightly less demand then in Killeen because its farrer from Austin and there are less stuff to do there then in killeen which is about 160,000 people today (grew from 80,000 in about 15 yrs!)

Plus, I grew up building things with my grandfather.
