I have an internal struggle:) 

We used to have 70% domestic and 30% international travelers but with the pandemic it became more like 90% domestic and 10% international travelers.

@Rufus Peoples  1-2 unit building use the International Residential Code (IRC), while 3+ unit use the International Building Code (IBC). 

International operating banks like the Fortis Bank and the Dutch Rabobank have already assured themselves of strategic positions in its financial market.

One is a large duplex (4 & 5 rooms respectively) where our clientele is mostly international students.  

On international scale, German government credit tax law expired followed by many company bankruptcies.

If everyone goes back to hotels and international travel tomorrow and short term rental demand in the Smokies returns to pre-covid levels, the cabin values could drop massively.That's not to say any of this will happen. 

It just means we needed to build very good systems and reporting internally so everyone knows what stage things are at.Hope that helps.Kyle
