My name is Arthur Zwijsen, and as technical coordinator I represent a private group of Dutch investors.

This group is, at this present moment, negotiating terms and conditions with the local brokers and authorities in Turkey to buy 73 Ha. (182 a.) of land located direct at the Aegean Sea. We’re confident that all will be accorded and confirmed by the end of April 2006.

Plan :
Well, we're planning to construct a luxury living-resort of 500 villa's, apartments & penthouses. The resort will include Thermal Baths, sport, fitness & wellness accommodations, pools, restaurants and bars, business facilities, home care- and secretarial services, supermarket with home delivery services, a.s.o.
The resort will create an ideal lifestyle atmosphere for active people aged 50 and over, and sales will take place in the western European countries via acknowledged real estate agents.

Construction :
Our norm : No concessions to quality. All apartments and villas will be constructed regarding the north European standards, and have spacious rooms and sea views. All will be equipped with the finest marbles, top quality kitchens & bathrooms with the newest equipment, satellite TV, wireless network connections, phone system with hotel features, and latest novelties in Domotica.
The 1 and 2-level villas will be build on fine spacious private plots which guarantee optimal privacy. Upon request they even can be re-designed and have a private (whirl)pool.

Location :
The location is outstanding with marvellous views over the Aegean Sea. With a coastline of almost 900 meters we’re able to create 3 or even 4 private beaches. The landscaping with beautiful paths, cherry, peach and palm trees, herbs and water elements is not only great for relaxing and intimate walks, but it also assures the maximum privacy for the residents.

In the 2nd quarter of 2006 we’ll face a demand in capital of 14 mio. Euro, w.i. 17 mio. US Dollars. Two well known European Banks already agreed to provide this amount against their ‘standard bank-conditions’.
