I can’t imagine $800-$900/mo in damage. 

I’m no expert but I can’t imagine a bank saying no.

I can't imagine any lender would not have one.

The builder appears to be fairly large and reputable to my untrained eye, so I'm suprised that they would have such one sided contract that I can't imagine anyone signing.

So why the heck not...So now imagine, you being a seller that really needs that quick cash, and decided to sell your house at a contracted price of $100K, only to find out later on that actually the house sold for $120K.

Imagine you had $350k (which is the cash our equity in our home) would you use that money to invest in a single family home in Long Beach?
