Would I be able to qualify?

Hello, I am a 18 year old who has been learning about real estate for the past 4 months. During this journey I have found the great opportunities that rental properties offer. I have about 3,000$ saved up, and have been building my credit score since. After I graduate high school I plan on working full time. After 12 months I should have around 35,000$ after taxes. Would I be able to qualify for a mortgage if I do not have 2 years work/credit history? Any other advice? Thank you.
