@Vik John as @Matt Devincenzo pointed out, you should have asked MORE questions about how your PMC will execute their services BEFORE hiring them.We post all over BP that owners should take more time to ask more questions instead of just focusing on price and a good sales pitch!

Hi guys, first post here: Has anyone had any experience with obtaining an FHA Loan for their primary residence as a full time real estate professional?

You will pay transfer taxes based off of the properties calculated assessed value, and if the property is in Philly city limits as your post location suggests, you're looking at a payment of 4.278% of that value being paid at close.
