Denver Metro is exceptionally hot right now (we entitled and sold a major apartment land parcel to Lennar). 

Goin through this now myself (on two fronts nonetheless). 1 tenant we have again filed as he cannot seen to figure out when rent is due (and Im sure he is crashing around in frustration as HE is supposed to dictate the terms of WHEN he will pay to us... one of those hot-head types).

It's $11, I save on the water usage, and my residents save on the hot water usage(I don't recommend going down to 1.5 gpm- that low, and you'll get complaints.)

For instance If I was reading a hot topic and know I was up to page 4, I can scroll all the way down the first page and click 4 or click through 4 pages at the top.I would like to see the 1:2:3:4:5:6 on the top of the post as well, so I can just click it there and be done.NOTE: I am using Firefox 48.0.2 not sure if the experience is different in another browser, but just my thoughts.Thank you for your consideration and all the work you do.

Akron is a hot market right now that offers great returns with generous cap rates.

The real estate market in Lakewood/Pierce County/Washington is HOT.

It is a no niceties plain Jane cabin/chalet-- bedrooms with a hot tub. 

I'm considering having ductless mini split AC installed in my 4br2ba SFR (house hacking primary residence).I live in SoCal and although it doesn't get extremely hot at the house, there are definitely a lot of times I wish the house had AC.

We helped paint the entire home, laid sod (and even paid for some of it), stained the deck, repaired the hot tub and did other various maintenance to the home while living there.
