Bear in mind, the defendant has only 10 days from the auction to file this and must Show some defect in the foreclosure process.....not “I was victimized” or “I didn’t receive a notice/summons because I moved”, “I want to do a short sale” or “etc,etc,etc.”.

I haven’t gone into depth reviewing the list yet but one thing I did notice that when I did a simple sort of the spreadsheet there were duplicates of the owners. it showed the exact same information.

You can get portfolio lender to give you the loan in an LLC and on their terms, but you wno't get freddie/fannie terms. if you want the good terms, it has to be in a personal name.

I later called the tenant (that had just moved out) and asked if they ever noticed water leaking down the wall in the kitchen, his response was "only when it rains".
