Florida is benefiting from the sunbelt migration and the data shows no signs of slowing.

These tactics may or may not work in your area, so when you are ready, I would recommend giving them a try and comparing the results to your direct mail results.You can use the same data that you would use for direct mail.

Staying in the High level data zone will not help you take action.  

I own a property in Pinal County, Arizona which has a well with water tested at 0.028 mg/L (28 PPB) arsenic. 

This was the only SFH I owned, and kinda bought it to test the waters.

I have been looking for the same but it seems this data is not public or shared by loan providers. 

(Wife out of work for a month or 2 and daughter tested positive).

I'm very appreciative of any support I get.I talked to the floor guy and he's going to do a test spot on his dime.If the test spot works, then he'll do the rest.

Be wary that realtors may be a little biased and promote their city since they would love for you to buy there using their services.CMHC's website also has a lot of data.
