Right then, while still standing in front of the seller, you're going to whip out your cell phone and call your personal agent to introduce them to the seller and help them get that listing! 

It will definitely bring in more eyeballs and get the phone ringing a bit more, but of course during an actual walk through I'm not sure how well an empty room will translate into a sale.

I would have stuck to the phone to get as much information from the seller, including (and most importantly) what their motivation is for selling.

Coffee shop, cell phone store, gym, tanning, hair salon, insurance agent, dentist, convenience store, etc.

I am willing to help you out with some advice or even chat on the phone if you wish.

Hi @Austin Mudd - yes, spent $1788 so far and built something that Texts, e-mails and drops voicemail - so far it is working nicely.I just load all the addresses and phone numbers, and set the scheduler.

This can be done through social media, social networks, in person meetings, phone calls, networking events, etc.
