Advice on creating a petition for reducing HOA fees?

Then the leak came back a few months later after a rainstorm (leak is on a wall touching an exterior wall) so we thought the leak might be coming from the exterior and the HOA hired a company to seal up the pointers/brick outside my apartment.

Taxes, insurance and possibly HOA fees increase every year so it's reasonable to pass those on to your tenants. 

Had that been a rental property, her annual cashflow would have been basically confiscated by the HOA. 

I’m starting out and my realtor proposed deal for a single family property for 217000 thru Chenoa loan which pays the down payment and is forgiven after 3 years of on time payment.The mortgage 1450 which includes hoa property tax and insurance.My plan is to house hack stay there for a year and then rent it out hopefully move into a multi family property which my goal I want to invest in the Pinellas/Hillsborough county in Florida area but multi family property are hard to come by with FHA any opinions or advice thanks

I'm looking to avoid HOAs/deed restricted and want to be careful of town restrictions on short term AirBnBs.

One of my tenants wants to buy a property that I wanted to sell anyway because it has an HOA.

After the mortgage ($725), HOA ($110) and property management fees ($150) are paid my remainder is $215.

Most hoa communities don’t allow STR’s.

My issue with condo/townhomes is not the HOA fees, but the power of the HOA.
