The only thing I know, is that through some real estate training I went through, the creator of that system said he pays $5 per lead to bird dogs which includes: -Property Address -General assessment of the property condition -At least 6 pictures of the exterior He also said if the bird dog also includes the name of the owner, their address, and phone number(via a property records search through the county) that he pays them $10 per lead.

I am planning to get an absentee owner list for 2 or 3 zip codes in my area (Dallas), with >50% equity via Listsource, and start a 6 month campaign, mailing once per month, alternating yellow letter and postcard.
