I am enthralled with becoming a Real Estate Investor and would really like to find a REI mentor or someone who I can "shadow", as a way to gain practical knowledge to partner with the info I've gotten from this forum and books.

This is the perfect place to obtain information and increase your REI knowledge.

(I know, it took me forever, but at least I figured it out before I gave them $19,500, that I didnt have).But while I was sitting there, I thought of how I could use the company to maybe make some money with thier marketing scheme, and possibly get some knowledge of how real estate is done from my "mentor".

National lenders tend to handle higher volume which means increased knowledge.

The sheriff has pretty broad discretion on what he declares...and to my knowledge, his word is final.

We're just not totally interested in managing property just quite yet.I've now read a few books on both general property management and flipping, and feel like I have about as much knowledge as anyone can possibly have, without any experience (which I totally understand, really isn't that much..)

But that's just my plan, others may have better knowledge then I do.3.

3: no actual experience in the field I am wanting to persue (but I do have the knowledge to hire the right people that can do the best job, my job in it would be making sure the place is running at full capacity) and 4: NO MONEY!!!
