It is just expected - they get reminders a day in advance from YourPorter but they also have access to the cleaning calendar for 30 days out as well.

One more thing here, exterior access points may be under a local ordnance (i.e.- can you point the camera at the door or not)- so double check this as it may technically infringe on right or quiet enjoyment.

Additionally, outside the tenant will have full access to a gazebo, grill, firepit built into the oversized patio and 2 parking spots dedicated to the tenants.  

With that kind of money you are an accredited investor and have access to private investments.

In general, a HML can offer quicker access to funds and often a more efficient process (less cumbersome as compared to going the traditional bank route).

If anything it just creates issues with needing access to the unit for inspections or repairs and the tenants forgetting to deactivate it.
