-Do you buy property directly through LLC or personally and than transfer it to LLC?

I called my CPA to ask about any consequences transferring from husband/wife to SMLLC (myself as the sole member).

Is it possible to request his lender to transfer the loan to me?

When getting financing, you can still use your own credit and then transfer the property into the LLC later.

Or you may end up being transferred out of state with a company or some other change in family dynamics at home may make you want to move out.
