There were at least 10 acres of well-manicured yard there, and that didn’t include any of the pasture.The log-sided house was well kept with a large barn on the right that matched its style.

Tenants would love off-street parking - - B U T highly doubt they would value that sufficiently to pay significantly for the privilege.

Put some open shelving above the dark cabinet in the corner.I would paint the cabinets white (I know you are leaning against it, but personally, it seems to be the style).I would add some shadow box molding to the wall under the chair rail, and paint the whole area under the chair rail white as well.I would do a basic tile backsplash, something beige to match the floor with a pop of color band or detail in it.I think the floor, wall color and dark counters allow for white cabinets to be done without it looking too white.

Where and how would you add the half bath in the first floor in these style homes? 

The ones with  "T" on your map are the fastest and cheapest to foreclose on by far. 

I actually caught up with a old work mate (quit f/t work 15 months ago) the other day & he asked what I had been up to and I said "Well, I never told you when I worked there that I actually own a business and have multiple investments" He was so surprised but when I told him I didn't mention it at work because people will hold it against you he completely agreed!

It seems as if Atlanta is this haven for flippers and wholesalers and I would like to live in the house to learn property management first hand but I don' t know the area very well.Charleston on the other hand is very familiar to me.

I am 19 years old I do t know anything about Ruby on Rails but I am 120% sure I can learn this skill.
