Purchased for 1/3 to 1/2 of what a comparable square footage stick built would have cost - I get close to the same rent.I rent for 15 to 20 years then sell and carry the contract for another 20.

So unless I find a BRRR SFH for cheap, I am going to be sticking to multi family homes for right now.
