If it makes sense as a rental but might make more using airbnb, then by all means go ahead and do it.

I've also found of Deed history paperwork assigning one of the living heirs as active Power of Attorney, which provided a local telephone number and address in the same neighborhood.I took it upon myself to go ahead and give the telephone number provided a call but ended up leaving a voicemail both times.

If you are doing the design now I would go ahead and incorporate the dishwasher into the design if at all possible.
