I think they do a decent job on working a loan, every company has its strengths and weaknesses but I would not disqualify a company because it’s portal is awful as long as it provides me a snap shot or updates on a loan.

I think I will budget for Sheetrock in main living areas that are most affected when putting together my offer. 

I think that people do not understand their relationship with money.

I've gotten the current infill lots by word of mouth, wholesalers, and people coming up to the build site asking if we'd like to buy their lots.

I am not an expert, but my thinking is that more windows, mean more exposure and less security.Can anyone here confirm what the agent was saying?

Unfortunately, the only way i can think of to do it freely is on Bigger Pockets.

They charge exorbitant fees above the rate you get as the owner and they list on third party sites at rates way above what they pay you.
