If anyone would care to share contacts I could use a property manager and a CPA who's knowledgeable of rental loopholes/tactics.Right after I purchased the property I had to spend approx $20K on some rehabs, I'm hoping I locate a CPE who can write off 100% of this despite my occupation of 40% of the property.Thanks

A professional has to know if they spend XX time on a deal that they will be compensated on a deal for a successful closing.  

Charles area.In my first few months of adulthood have made a successful effort to spend less then I make and start to build my savings through following a monthly budget.

I don't want to train the tenant to expect technical support on her devices from us, and I also don't want to spend the next three months test driving equipment and configuring tenant devices on the network.

Hi Shane,I can understand the housing authority wanting to confirm a potential buyer's ability to demonstrate financing capacity as a predicate to them spending time with an interested buyer.

You need to spend $10s of thousands if not $100s on drawings elevations civil engineers planners before you pay the plan submission fees to get in the door and they can say no or you need to make amendments that cost more $$$

Since I work full-time, I have to be selective of where I spend my time.Thanks for any insight. 

Now I spend most of my time looking for new deals.
