You would realsitically to do that need to become a solo broker to do so....however, then you need to sign up for your own e&o insurance policy and your Bright MLS dues would rise (you get a discount for being a Realtor), so in reality you would not actually save any money.

By the way i have database of palm beach broward, new jersey and miami dade of warehouse, industrial land, office and retail info from costar.

We finally found an excellent broker, he's not the cheapest but not the most expensive, but he is very responsive and is always looking for ways to save money.  

You're in a great field and you can save a ton of money by working and living at home. 

It needed a lot replaced but I was able to do most of it myself which saved a lot!
