Hello Guys I need suggestion on a situation:I'm in a contract to buy a house from a wholesaler, I put earnest money the title company did a great job and just found out that the owner just filed a bankruptcy.

I would call up 3-5 property management companies and see what they would set rent at and why.

If the PM company is handling the property they should have done this if they also have repair invoices.

I'm thinking of connecting with construction companies. thanks for suggesting Temporary Housing directory as well 

Depending on the company, you may have to get a sepparate policy if the lot has had any improvents (cleared, electric run, Plumbing run, grading, etc.). 

I heard about turnkey companies including Martell and Rent to Retirement. 

How do I write that into a lease and where on the policy is the homeowner listed on the policy?

One owns the properties in TX and the other LLC owns the properties in FL, and the third is the management company that manages the LLCs.  

Check with your company’s plan.

There are over 4 large hospitals and plenty of large companies here, so if you want to do MTR's you will find plenty of travel nurses and people with other occupations in need of temporary housing.
