Congratulations on realizing what you want your next step to be, it's awesome to be able to work in a field that you're experienced in and passionate about.

But investors are on their own in terms of bad actor screening with the Reg D (506c) offerings (Reg D 506c investors have to be accredited, which suggests they know how to fend for themselves).If you're bored with tech and believe real estate is your passion, however, then it makes sense to figure out how to phase out of tech and into real estate in a manner that disrupts your income stream as little as possible.

I can see that airbnb or property management business might make far less money than my current consulting but eventually it will also give me more flexible lifestyle and shot at pursuing my passion seriously with more chances of success in my filmmaking career.

Recently I finally got the courage to turn the knowledge I’ve been accumulating the past year and a half of me discovering my love and passion of real estate into action and start looking for deals, looking for deals with NO idea on how I would fund them.

I have a passion for real estate because of the results I have seen it work in lives.

I am passionate about efficiency and much less so about human interaction

Therefore, the passion that's in me derives to experience more quality time with my family which makes me go that much harder each day. 

I also hope to work in an industry I am passionate about.
