I will take your advice at heart, though, and will put more of an effort into surrounding areas. :)

Unfortunately, sometimes "being liberal" comes off as a bleeding heart with no expectations.

I.e someone bought it, had a change of heart and brought it back.

You need to dig for it but I am a researcher by heart so not a big deal.

Seems he went for a midnight swim three days before and suffered a heart attack on the water, or so the story for public consumption goes.

I work with a couple of really fantastic folks that both have the heart of a teacher & will help guide you through your financing options to find the best fit.

By reputable, I don't mean one which advertises heavily or has a glitzy website, but rather one that has its "clients" interests at heart. 2) Always visit the properties or at least the city in which you're investing.  

It just blows my mind that there seems to be turn key multi families in the heart of downtown that will cash flow a few hundred a month.

It's a $2m property in the heart of the downtown of my city, top floor was previously an office and bottom two floors were a club.
