Hello, I'm new to this site and look forward to discussing and sharing thoughts and ideas with you. At the moment I'm looking at purchasing a town home in Lynchburg, Va. I'm very interested in starting this process but as a newbie I really don't know where to start. I definitely want to try the house hacking idea, but I'm going to need some advice and a possible checklist.
