I am an out-of-state investor and I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in Jackson, MS that will soon be on the rental market.I’m looking for a Local Leasing Professional who's very familiar with the Jackson Rental market, who can show the house, answer any questions regarding the house and neighborhood, and move the tenant into the home.Could you recommend any contacts/referrals that could provide this service for me? 

Baker Ranch neighborhood is about 5 miles from the Irvine Spectrum and brand new! 

Jordan your additional insights on West Chester rentals in general are really beneficial for me (or anyone) learning the ropes by analyzing deals in areas outside of more suitable neighborhoods and price ranges.

I would figure out what criteria you are interested in owning real estate at, in that type of neighborhood. 

Not interested in Tampa or any other surrounding neighborhoods, would want it near the attractions. 

Worst house in a great neighborhood with a 30% down payment or $108k.
