For the first deal we had 20% to put down and did a conventional 15yr second home mortgage in my husbands name.

Today - the new OTC list for 2018 Certificates came out today - We (Another Investor and myself) are finding lots of certificates on the list that the property did pay 2017 taxes and incorrect names on the list, that happened before the sale.Use Caution. if I get a moment I'll look more into this though.Happy Investing!
