In the beginning, the information can be overwhelming, but the more you get into it, the more a particular part about real estate stands out to you. and then you continue down that rabbit hole until you feel you are ready to take educated action. 

They are currently bring evicted (for the last 4 months), they keep finding loop holes but should be completed in the next 2 months.

I just have my contractors drill a hole in the locks and yank them out.About a year ago, I actually had the listing agent threaten to press charges because I did that and got rid of his lockbox.

Fifth, always send reinstatements Western Union so it gets credited properly and you have some proof to fall back on (this has saved me several times) Sixth, this rabbit hole is deeper than you think but it is retrievable. 

And I'm in a small town where there's little competition so prices are typically higher.You saved money with day laborers but you could have saved even more by digging the hole yourself.

It was a long road with lots of pot holes and sharp turns, but I eventually found out something simple- I dont want to work!

After getting it we went down a rabbit hole of constant requests for more information (clarify this transaction, etc). 

No holes in the walls but their version of clean and tidy is not mine.

Or perhaps there's a hole somewhere?

I am just happy my first SFR rehab didn't put me in the hole lol
