Buying property with "evicted" tenants

I am looking to buy a house (NH) that has tenants with no lease who owe thousands in back rents. They are currently bring evicted (for the last 4 months), they keep finding loop holes but should be completed in the next 2 months. If I purchase this property during this process will I need to start the eviction process myself? Fairly certain that I would still have no grounds to make them leave day of closing just because I would be a new owner.
