Today, there are properties with indoor basketball courts, lazy rivers, movie theaters, and exterior spiral slides going from the upper deck to the lower deck...truly creative ways of grabbing the first round of renters.Even though my rents were steady because I had a hefty repeat renter business by then, I realized that this trend of having a large luxury home was not enough if I wanted to capture more renters.  

They can’t review the “hot” deal their broker just sent them because they’re too busy categorizing emails in color coded category’; they can’t attend the on line networking session because they need to switch over to a more detailed CRM system; they can’t visit the property going up for auction because their scheduled weekly garage cleaning is running overtime…..The Educator – This person never feels they have enough knowledge, experience or education to properly evaluate an investment.

This banking platform is specific to business owners, not necessarily RE investors like Baseline.

Tire kickers aren't going to spend money on inspections before locking the deal up.Not talking about changing the norm, but an alternative option to those fed up with dd moneyIf it becomes the norm I’ll start a home inspection business ;)  

There're some guests also, that are acting more than a home property inspection, it's just the nature of the business I guess LOL.

Not sure if that is true or she is just being indifferent to my business. 

The way I see it, this business would take much less capital and risk versus a traditional Fix n' Flip.

Fix and flip loans from a private or hard money lender are business loans.
