The school districts don't rate statistically with the best of Ohio (although Rocky River is ranked very high and just minutes away if that's what you're aiming for) but they're still great.

If you can sell it and make down payments on two houses that cash flow, you might be in a better position but it all depends on what you are aiming for.  

Because of the rental market is so hot where I live, my aim is to buy as many duplexes as I can, fix them up, and rent them out for a pretty penny.

The asset class is not exactly what I was looking for, I would probably call it a C (although I know this rating system is a completely arbitrary measure of risk).

I typically aim for a 10%-15% profit for my rehab after all is said and done.  

I want to aim for middle to high income areas.
