I truly believe that those qualities will end up being a HUGE advantage in the marketplace!

Hire a leak detection company with warranty, use the camera as backup.

Lower Cap is not indicative of a nicer property - it describes a better marketplace.

The big story here is the very, apparent, and continual, lack of inventory in the Multi-Family marketplace.

We just got a client into a place 20% below market, place had been on the market for 18 days and it's in OC.

They're motion detected and i got a 12MP with motion activation and infrared pix for $70 on amazon plus a 32g card.
