As written it is mostly painless for the majority of people, unless those people own parking lots, in which case they are about to realize some capital gains!

Just need to make major repairs livable as rented tenant-occupy.I am a deaf entrepreneur with a well-educated background, lipreading and sign language fluent.

This is great for me because I’m averaging a property / month so going through all that paper work and hoops would be a major pain.

I currently book major incentive travel groups, corporate meetings, etc. 

We have listed the property on MLS, Facebook Marketplace and have gotten lots of questions but majority are not qualified.

If so, you should reach out to people at the major real estate companies here, such as CBRE, Savills, etc. 

Obviously, do not make any major purchases or something else that would affect your creditworthiness leading to and during that timeframe.   

If this is your first deal do you really want to completely re-arrange the flow of the building, do major plumbing and electrical, etc?

Both properties need small odds and ends done to them but nothing major, I believe I can do the work I want to on both properties for less than 5k dollars.I have been contacting ins co and receiving quotes still have not decided on a company yet though.

We wasted about 3 months finding and vetting our new contractor & getting a great architect for the major structural changes.Was this process a trial by fire?
